SportPlex ("we", "us", "our") operates the SportPlex app and website (the "Service"), which lets parents and members browse, book, and manage sports academy sessions, packages, rentals, and payments. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Athlete information — the name, date of birth, and gender of athletes (including children) you add to your account, to manage their bookings and attendance.

• Photos — profile or athlete photos you choose to upload.

• Booking & purchase information — the classes, packages, and rentals you book, and your transaction history.

• Device information — a push‑notification token used to deliver notifications to your device.

• Usage information — basic in‑app activity used to operate and improve the Service.

We do not collect your precise location, and we do not use your data for advertising or cross‑app tracking.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by third‑party payment providers (such as Stripe and other gateways) through their secure checkout. We do not store your full card number; the payment provider handles card details under its own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and athlete profiles.

• To process bookings, packages, rentals, and payments.

• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service notifications (including push notifications).

• To provide customer support.

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and adult members. Information about children (athletes) is provided by the adult account holder to manage their sports activities. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts.
